How to find it

The entrance is at map coordinates 3660, 538, near Lulu Lake. Look for the cave mouth at that spot; a Blupee or a ring of light often marks them.

Inside the cave

Enter the cave at the foot of the mountain

Ploymus Mountain Cave opens beside a stream and waterfall at the foot of the climb to Mipha’s Court. Wade in and look up: a rough ceiling above the first chamber lets you Ascend.

Climb the shaft

The cave rises through a vertical shaft of rock. Climb the wall and rest on the small ledges as you go until you reach the passage above.

Strike the Bubbulfrog

A Bubbulfrog clings among the pink coral in the big chamber. Shoot it with an arrow to drop a Bubbul Gem.

Open the Climber’s Bandanna chest

At the top, an ancient Zora structure holds the chest. Open it for the Climber’s Bandanna, a headband that raises climbing speed.

Route notes

The entrance is by a glowing cyan Luminous Stone beside a waterfall below Mipha’s Court, south of Lulu Lake; trees partly hide it, and the wet walls are hard to climb without climbing gear. The first part holds Luminous Stone, Brightbloom Seeds and Brightcaps. Jump up to a ledge on the right to find the hidden chamber with the Bubbulfrog (one or two arrows; some guides place it on the ceiling at the end), then stand on the ice block in the water and Ascend to the ledge above to go deeper. At the end an altar holds the chest with the Climber’s Bandanna, which raises climbing speed. Ihen-a Shrine is the nearest shrine. There are no enemies besides the Bubbulfrog and no Korok seed.
