How to find it

The entrance is at map coordinates 283, -3851, near Puffer Beach. Look for the cave mouth at that spot; a Blupee or a ring of light often marks them.

Inside the cave

Reach the cave above the beach

The entrance is in the cliff overlooking Puffer Beach, above the sand rather than at the waterline. The opening is too high to climb or Ascend into; look up for the clusters of Luminous Stone on the underside of the cliff to spot it. Fuse a Rocket to your shield and hold guard to launch yourself in, strap a Rocket to a pair of boulders with Ultrahand and ride them up, or use a Spring or Balloon to bounce up. Horriblins cling to the ceiling just inside, so clear them before you start searching.

Open the Phantom Helmet chest

Deeper in the cave a monster-built altar of wooden poles and red banners shelters a chest. Open it for a Phantom Helmet.

Defeat the Bubbulfrog

The Bubbulfrog hides behind one of the pillars hanging from the ceiling in the same room as the chest. Shoot it with an arrow or knock it down with a thrown item, then pick up the Bubbul Gem it leaves behind.
