How to find it

The entrance is at map coordinates 676, 1389, near Rauru Settlement Ruins. Look for the cave mouth at that spot; a Blupee or a ring of light often marks them.

Inside the cave

Enter by the wooden gate

Walk down the stone steps between the wooden posts at the cave mouth. The cave is dark and misty, so light the way with Brightbloom Seeds, which also reveal the chest ahead.

Open the Royal Shield chest

Follow the passage to a rock beside a mossy patch. The chest tucked beside it holds a Royal Shield. Drop a damaged shield first if your shield slots are full.

Shoot the Bubbulfrog

Break the Amber ore and keep going until a Bubbulfrog appears on the ceiling above the path. Shoot it with an arrow to collect a Bubbul Gem.

Raft chest with the Silver Lizal Spear

Deeper in, a wooden raft floats on a pool. The chest on its planks holds a Silver Lizal Spear (a Lizal Spear that scales with your progress: Blue Lizal Spear earlier, Silver later).

Route, enemies and extras

The mouth is a planked front with a skull on it, at the north end of the swamp by Rauru Settlement Ruins. The Ekochiu Shrine to the east and the Sepapa Shrine to the west are the closest places to teleport to. Inside, the passage splits: the northern branch dead-ends at a Like Like and three ore deposits.

MudA mud puddle in the other branch cannot be swum, but you can cross it by jumping through it quickly
BubbulfrogTake the first turn to the right; grey breakable rocks on the north-east wall beside the mud hide a small chamber. Open it with a Bomb Flower or other explosive. Inside are the Bubbulfrog, a Giant Brightbloom Seed and a Luminous Stone deposit
Horriblin cavernBeyond the mud is a larger cavern with four Horriblins, one of them a Blue Horriblin. Once they are beaten, the chest on the wooden ledge is yours, with their drops scattered around
Lake cavernPast the next mud puddle: a small lake with a Fairy fountain (three Fairies), two ore deposits and a Rare Ore deposit
Korok seedNot inside: a jar hanging near the cave entrance, at the north end of the swamp, hides a Korok seed
EnemiesLike Like, Horriblins, Bubbulfrog
