How to find the entrance
Make for the Sage Temple Ruins, a sunken temple whose arches and walls stand in lily-covered shallow water between Jeddo Bridge and the Great Hyrule Forest. Wade in and climb over the crumbling walls toward the west end of the ruins. The cave is a square stone frame set in the floor with a dark hole in the middle. Drop in and you land in a pool below.

Route through the cave
Swim across the pool and climb out. The old temple corridors ahead are blocked by walls of cracked brown boulders. Bring a heavy weapon (a two-handed axe, hammer, or a rock fused to a weapon) and break them down. Loose rocks lie around for fusing if your weapon starts to wear out, and the rubble gives Flint and Rock Salt.

Knight’s Claymore chest
Beyond the last boulders is a chamber whose far wall has iron-barred windows. The chest sits on the floor in front of them. Open it for a Knight’s Claymore. If your weapon slots are full, drop something to take it.

Bubbulfrog and Bubbul Gem
The Bubbulfrog perches on a stone ledge in the same chamber and starts hopping as soon as it sees you. Shoot it with arrows, then climb down after it if it falls to a lower level. When it bursts, pick up the Bubbul Gem and take it to Koltin for The Hunt for Bubbul Gems!

Exit
Walk on past the barred chamber and find a spot under a low rock ceiling. Use Ascend to rise through the rock and come out among the stone walls and stairs of the Sage Temple Ruins above.

Nearby
An old stone tablet in the passages beyond the chamber says a sword once enshrined here was moved to Thyphlo, north of the Great Forest of Hyrule.
Tips
- Fuse a rock or a heavy weapon before you reach the boulders; bare-handed hits will not break them.
- Pick up the loose rocks in the corridors as emergency fusion material.
