How to find it
The entrance is at map coordinates -2198, -807, near West Hyrule Sky Archipelago. Look for the cave mouth at that spot; a Blupee or a ring of light often marks them.
Inside the cave
Enter the cave and defeat the Hinox
Walk into the cave mouth at the foot of the cliff, a short way from Usazum Shrine; the beam from the shrine’s empty pedestal points straight at it. The cave is a big ring-shaped cavern with a raised tunnel through its centre, full of Brightbloom Seeds, Brightcaps and Bomb Flowers. A Hinox walks clockwise around the ring and wears the crystal the shrine needs. Shoot its eye with arrows, or fuse Bomb Flowers to them, to knock it down, then finish it with strong melee hits.

Loot the chest and take the Bubbul Gem
Once the Hinox is down, pick up the crystal it drops and search the cavern floor. The chest sits in the raised tunnel that cuts through the middle of the cave and holds a Silver Rupee (worth 100 rupees). Climb into the hollow at the north-eastern end of the cave, where a Blupee leads you, and the Bubbulfrog is there; defeat it to collect a Bubbul Gem. Carry the crystal back out and place it on the pedestal at Usazum Shrine to open the shrine.
