How to find it

The entrance is at map coordinates -2921, -804, where the Tamio River runs out into the south-west coast of Hyrule Ridge. Guides place it at the southern end of the Tamio River up on the cliffside, northeast of Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower; Horriblins stand just inside.

Inside the cave

Raft into the flooded cave

Build a raft with Ultrahand and a Fan or Wheel, push off up the river and float into the cave mouth. The first chamber is flooded and dark, so throw Brightbloom Seeds to see where the dry ledges are.

Open the Knight’s-Claymore chest

Climb out onto the wooden wreckage and ledges inside the cave and open the chest on the west side of the cave for a Knight’s Claymore. Rusty weapons lie around the entrance if you need something to break or fuse.

Defeat Phantom Ganon

A second path leads to an open room of Gloom Hands. You do not have to fight them: lure them away or sneak around. If you defeat the Hands, a Phantom Ganon spawns, so block his sword with your shield and counter, or shoot him from range.

Take the Phantom Armor

On the far side of the Gloom Hand room a breakable rock wall hides a passage to the chest, which sits on a raised ledge behind an altar. Break the wall with Bomb Arrows or a rock hammer, step inside and take the Phantom Armor.

Get the Bubbul Gem

Keep following the flooded passage to the back of the cave, where a Bubbulfrog waits at a dead end (guides disagree on whether it is the left or right branch at the split). Knock it down and pick up the Bubbul Gem.
