Walkthrough
Enter Tobio’s Hollow Cave
The cave entrance is a hole in a rocky hillside between two Luminous Stone deposits, south-east of the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower. Glide down to it from the tower, or fast travel to Ukoojisi Shrine in the sky and glide from there. Inside, about eleven Keese, Electric Chuchus and a few yellow Jujus attack along the long tunnel, and the Keese drop the Keese Wings you need, so defeat them as you go.

Read the notebook and get a winged weapon
In the large cavern past the fights a spring lies by an old camp, with the Tattered Notebook on the ground near some barrels and two Zonaite Spears nearby. Read the notebook (“Throw the Zonai spear with a wing from the pedestal through the ring”) to start the quest, then fuse a Keese Wing to a spear; the wing makes thrown weapons fly much farther.

Throw the spear through the ring
Step onto the pedestal at the edge of the spring (a large flat stump to the left); the spear and the target glow green once you stand on it. A green ring lights up on a rock pillar across the water. Aim at the ring, raise your aim a little because the weapon drops in flight, and throw. If you miss, swim out, pick the spear up and try again.

Enter Utojis Shrine
A hit through the ring makes a Shrine of Light rise inside the cave. Climb the stairs to it; there is no puzzle, only a chest holding a Large Zonai Charge and the altar with the Light of Blessing.

Rewards
Utojis Shrine with its Light of Blessing, plus a Large Zonai Charge.
Tips
- Deeper in the cave there are more Keese, two Like Likes and a Bubbul Frog, and the Keese return after each Blood Moon, so it is a good place to farm Keese Wings and Keese Eyeballs.
- If you run out of Keese Wings, defeat more Keese in the cave; arrows and other thrown weapons also fly farther with a wing fused.
