Walkthrough
Talk to Maca
Maca stands on the grass in the south-west of the Korok Forest, where the path leads away from the village. He tells you about his special place, but the lost fog covers it and only Koroks can walk there. He mentions a green swirl and a floating island that can be seen from the sky above it.
Glide down from the sky
Get to the sky island above the Lost Woods: launch from the Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower, or travel to Simosiwak Shrine on Bravery Island, the southernmost island of the North Hyrule Sky Archipelago. From the edge of the island, look over the island’s edge into the fog below (some guides say the eastern edge) for the green glow of the shrine, then dive and open your Paraglider and glide straight down toward it, holding your descent steady as you pass through the fog.
Enter Ninjis Shrine
Land at the shrine and examine it to complete the quest. Ninjis Shrine has no trial: open the chest for a Mighty Construct Bow and take the Light of Blessing from the altar.
Rewards
- Mighty Construct Bow (chest in Ninjis Shrine)
- Light of Blessing (Ninjis Shrine)
Tips
The Lost Woods fog sends you back to the start if you try to walk through it, which is why Maca’s hint to approach from the sky matters. Ninjis Shrine is a Rauru’s Blessing shrine, so finding it is the whole challenge. Ninjis Shrine also has a Sijnin Lightroot beneath it in the Depths.
