Zooki guards the way into the Lost Woods, where a shrine is hidden. Follow the glowing Blue Nightshade trail through the fog, light the empty shrine, follow its green beam to the Stone Talus, break the crystal off its head and carry the crystal back to the shrine.

Walkthrough

Talk to Zooki and enter the Lost Woods

Speak to Zooki at the north-west edge of Korok Forest. He has been keeping Koroks out of the Lost Woods because of the monsters, but you are fine to go. Follow the trail of glowing Blue Nightshade flowers on the ground; they keep you from getting lost, so do not pick them. Defeat or ignore the monsters you meet on the way, such as Stalkoblins, Evermean trees, Bokoblin Skeletons and Moblin Skeletons.

Examine the shrine

The trail ends at an empty stone shrine plinth. Examine it to receive the quest “Seek the crystal connected to the beam” and a green beam of light appears in the fog, pointing toward the crystal.

Defeat the Stone Talus

Follow the beam to the Stone Talus, which wakes as you approach. Climb up onto its back and strike the glowing crystal on its head until the Talus is defeated and the crystal drops.

Carry the crystal to the shrine

Pick up the crystal with Ultrahand and carry it back along the beam to the shrine plinth. Set it on the stone circle in front of the shrine and the Shrine of Light appears. Inside, open the chest for a Diamond and take the Light of Blessing from the altar. There is no puzzle in Sakunbomar Shrine.

Rewards

  • Diamond (chest in Sakunbomar Shrine)
  • Light of Blessing (Sakunbomar Shrine)

Tips

Setting the grass on fire at a distance and throwing a Hylian Pine Cone on the flames to ride the updraft is a quick way onto the Talus’s head if you would rather not climb. Sakunbomar Shrine is a Rauru’s Blessing shrine with no puzzle.
