Walkthrough

Find the crystal on its altar

Lake Intenoch Cave is on the cliff north-east of Gero Pond and is hot enough to ignite you, so wear Flame Guard or drink a fireproof elixir. Defeat the Horriblins at the entrance, then break the red sediment walls on the right-hand side with a hammer, rock-based weapon or bombs (Bomb Flowers are a poor choice because they hurt you in the heat), keeping to the right until you reach a wide lava chamber. The green crystal rests on an altar at about (2490, 1853, 134) on the far side; a green beam points to it.

Build a fan platform over the lava

Kill the Lava Worm on the side wall and look at the ground beneath it for a Zonai hydrant. Use it on the lava to make a platform, then attach a Fan to it. Pick the crystal up, put it on the platform and drive it back across the lava with the fan.

Offer the crystal at the shrine ring

Carry the crystal along the green beam to the shrine ring and offer it there. The ray of light then points to the entrance of Moshapin Shrine at (2679, 1904, 144). Walk in, open the chest for the Zonaite Shield and take the Light of Blessing.

Rewards

A Light of Blessing and a Zonaite Shield (Strong or Mighty, depending on your progress) from Moshapin Shrine.

Tips

  • Moshapin has no puzzle; it is a Rauru’s Blessing shrine.
  • Most guides list no other chests in the cave, so the shrine is the whole prize.
