A beam of light points to a crystal embedded in the ore deposit of a dormant Frost Talus near the Hebra East Summit. Defeat the Talus, free the crystal and carry it to the Shrine of Light to open Sisuran Shrine.
Walkthrough
Defeat the Frost Talus
Examine the sealed shrine entrance to start the quest; a green beam points west. Launch from Pikida Stonegrove Skyview Tower and glide northwest if you need a route. Follow the beam to the Frost Talus, which wakes as you approach, melt the ice off its body with fire, such as a Fire Fruit arrow, then climb on and strike the crystal. You get about four solid hits before it tries to shake you off (glide off to avoid damage), so repeat until the Talus collapses.
Carry the crystal to the shrine
Pick up the crystal, or lift it with Ultrahand, and bring it along the beam to the blue pad in front of the Shrine of Light and set it down there; the crystal expands to become the shrine entrance.
Enter Sisuran Shrine
The crystal opens Sisuran Shrine, a Rauru’s Blessing shrine with no puzzle. Open the chest for a Sapphire and take the Light of Blessing from the altar.
