How to find it
Apogek Shrine is at map coordinates 3886, -216 (height 177), on the cliffs overlooking Brynna Plain, just north of the plain and under an outcrop of ruins. If you approach from the north you will not see the entrance at first: launch from Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower, glide north past Lanayru Bay and look along the ridge past Brynna Plain, then drop down beneath the ruins to find the shrine door. A Shrine Sensor will also point you to it.
Solution
Carry the ball down the slope on a Wing
In the first room, use Ultrahand to grab a Wing that falls onto the runway beside your platform. Attach the ball to the Wing, set it on the runway and let it glide down the slope to the gate. Drop the ball into the dish on the far side to open the gate.
Take the Zonaite Spear
In the next room, hop over the upturned Fans and glide up the wind to the next level. The chest sits on a ledge high on the left wall: pick up a Fan, set it at the base of the pillar below the chest, switch it on, and jump into its wind to glide up to the ledge. The chest holds a Zonaite Spear (Strong or Mighty, depending on your progress); most guides list it as a Mighty Zonaite Spear (Strong or Mighty, depending on your progress).
Fan-power a Wing to the Rauru statue
Attach one or more Fans to the back of a Wing (or a pair of Wings), set it on the runway, climb on and activate the Fan. The Wing carries you over the final chasm. Your weight steers it: stand toward the nose to dive, toward the tail to climb, and shift to one side to turn that way. Land at the Rauru statue and take the Light of Blessing from the terminal.
The Lightroot below
Directly under this shrine, in the Depths, is the Kegopa Lightroot. Light it from below to reveal that part of the Depths map.
