How to find it
Domizuin Shrine is at map coordinates 3304, 1442 (height 439), near Akkala Citadel Ruins Summit Cave.
Solution
Rotate the cube from the stone ring
The whole room is a big maze-patterned cube. Hit the stone ring on its outside with a weapon swing or an arrow to turn the cube, then stop it where a platform is level with where you stand. You need Ascend for this shrine.
Open the three chests
Turn the cube to bring each platform to you and Ascend up through ceilings or walls to reach the chests: one holds a Zonai Charge (outside the cube, left of the outer stone ring), one a Zonaite Shield (Strong or Mighty, depending on your progress) and one Arrow x10 (inside the cube). Hit the inner pillar once at a time and wait for the cube to settle between hits, or the rotation is ruined. Shooting the outer pillar with an arrow from inside the cube lets you rotate it without leaving.
Climb to the top and leave
Rotate the cube until the long platform at the corner stands vertical, Ascend up through it, and cross the top face to the stairs at the end. Take the Light of Blessing from the terminal.
The Lightroot below
Directly under this shrine, in the Depths, is the Niuzimod Lightroot. Light it from below to reveal that part of the Depths map.
