How to find it
Reach the shrine
Ganos Shrine is at -3369, 467, at a height of about 1708, on a sky island. Launch from Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower, glide to the big sphere and use the rocket platforms to the south to climb, then land on the southernmost island of the Tabantha Sky Archipelago. It is cold up here, so wear or eat cold resistance. Activate the shrine runes to start The Tabantha Sky Crystal quest; the green beam points north to a Flux Construct III on a lower platform with the crystal on its shoulder.
You do not need to beat the Construct: hit its weak point (the block with three eyes) or pull that block off with Ultrahand and the crystal comes loose, though defeating it gives good Zonai drops. Take the crystal across the bridge to the island with the prebuilt fan platform, add the spare Batteries, attach the crystal, and fly back to the shrine island (switch the power off and on to land gently). Deliver the crystal to the entrance and step onto the blue platform.
Solution
Open the chest
Cross the entry platform to the first circular dais. The chest next to the staircase holds a Diamond.
Take the Light of Blessing
Walk up the stairs to the altar and touch the green seal on the terminal for a Light of Blessing.
