How to find it

Gatanisis Shrine is at map coordinates 4497, 826 (height 109), near Ulria Grotto East Cave.

Solution

The room holds a spring-mounted platform and a metal ball that drops onto it, with a target switch above the far end. The shrine is on the cliffs at the eastern edge of Akkala Highlands, facing Knuckel Island: you need the paraglider to reach it from above, for example from Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower. Recall on the platform is the whole trick.

Watch the ball land on the platform

Stay on the stairs at the left and watch the ball land on the spring platform and roll to the end. The ball is what you need to launch, and the target sits above the far end of the platform.

Recall the platform to bounce the ball upward

Once the ball is still, you can place it with Ultrahand directly under the target and use Recall on the platform to fire it up. Or time it: when the ball is about halfway along the platform near the spring, use Recall on the platform so it bounces back and flings the ball into the target, opening the exit gate. If the ball misses, wait for the next drop and try again.

Launch yourself up to the chest

The chest sits on top of the target. Stand on the platform, wait for a ball to land, and use Recall on the platform so its bounce launches you into the air, then glide over to the chest (or use Ascend under the target). It holds Bomb Flower x5.

Take the Light of Blessing

Go through the open exit gate, climb the steps and touch the terminal to receive the Light of Blessing.

The Lightroot below

Directly under this shrine, in the Depths, is the Sisinatag Lightroot. Light it from below to reveal that part of the Depths map.
