Isisim Shrine is at map coordinates 1842, 2842 (height 377), near YunoboCo HQ East Cave.
Solution
Arm yourself from the room
Everything you carry is taken on entry and returned when you finish. Collect the bow, arrows and sticks from the racks and floor, and attach (Fuse) nearby materials to your arrows and weapons.
Defeat the Constructs
Constructs patrol the sunken floor and throw bombs. Shoot or smash them, and keep Recall ready to send their bombs back. Pick up the spiked weapon dropped along the way for the tougher ones.
Open the chest and finish
With every Construct down the gate opens. Open the chest for a Magic Rod, then take the Light of Blessing at the altar.
The Lightroot below
Directly under this shrine, in the Depths, is the Misisi Lightroot. Light it from below to reveal that part of the Depths map.
