Jiotak Shrine is at map coordinates 1834, 3180 (height 271), near Lake Darman.
Solution
Open the chest
Step onto the shrine’s platform, walk up to the central chest and open it for a Magic Staff.
Take the Light of Blessing
Climb the stairs and examine the terminal at the altar to receive a Light of Blessing.
The Lightroot below
Directly under this shrine, in the Depths, is the Katoij Lightroot. Light it from below to reveal that part of the Depths map.
