How to find it
Jiukoum Shrine is at map coordinates 867, -2278 (height 154), on a ledge in the Popla Foothills overlooking the Zonai ruins and the Spring of Courage. Glide southeast from the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower.
Solution
Enter the shrine
Walk into the glowing arch at the foot of the rocky outcrop and follow the corridor to the first rail room. Everything you need is lying in the shrine: slabs, wheels and fans.
Ride the first rail
Two square slabs sit on the floor. Join them with Ultrahand into a flat platform, set it on the inclined rails, climb on and ride it down.
Build a wider U-shaped cart
In the second section, clear away the platform already on the rails (it slides off by itself). Build a short bridge from three square slabs to reach the chest on your left, which holds a Sticky Elixir. Then build a cart from one long rectangular slab with square slabs as legs, spaced to fit the rails so it can follow the curve. Attach three short slabs as a U to the middle of the long one to make a steady, enclosed frame that will not flip.
Add fans for the last climb
For the final incline, hang two smaller slabs from the large slab so they drop between both rails and hook over the inner rail of each pair, then fix three fans evenly spaced to the back, facing backward. Hit the fans to start them and ride up. Keep the build light, as too many parts or boards pushing into the rails will leave the fans too weak to climb. Where the twin rails merge into one, add a square slab in the middle as a leg for the single track; this is where carts tend to tip.
Reach the terminal
Step off at the altar and examine the green seal to claim the Light of Blessing.
