How to find it
Jochisiu Shrine is at map coordinates 930, -1903 (height 43), appearing on top of a set of fallen Zonai ruins between Squabble River and the Popla Foothills, northeast of the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower and just west of the Dueling Peaks. The Steward Construct that gives the quest is in the shelter among yellow and orange trees on the ruin, just south of the road beside the river.
Solution
Solve the water keys and enter
Talk to the Steward Construct; its riddle asks for keys born of water for the three altars on the back wall. The keys are ice. Make ice in the river with a Frost Emitter from the ruins (activate it, then use Ultrahand to hold it over the water) or with an Ice Fruit arrow. Make four or five blocks in case you melt one too far. Rotate each into a diamond and lift it with Ultrahand. The largest altar takes the ice at its natural size. The other two altars are smaller, so melt the ice a little at a time with the nearby campfire (or a Flame Emitter) until it clicks in, melting the third more than the second. Each filled altar sinks into the ground. When all three are in, the shrine rises on top of the ruin; use Ascend or climb to reach it.
Open the Big Battery chest
Climb the stairs from the entrance platform; the chest holds a Big Battery.
Take the Light of Blessing
Continue up to the terminal and examine it to receive the Light of Blessing.

Directly under this shrine, in the Depths, is the Uisihcoj Lightroot. Light it from below to reveal that part of the Depths map.
