How to find it
Jogou Shrine is at map coordinates 3346, -1186 (height 71), near Purifier Lake.
Solution
Enter the shrine at the back of the cave
The shrine sits inside Lanayru Road East Cave, which opens beneath Lanayru Road near the East Gate, and the cave takes a little work. Jump into the water below the cave entrance and swim in, past the Rock Worm that throws boulders from the shore, to a dead end you can drop down from. Round the bend you will see a central island with brown, breakable rocks, and swirls on the rock above the shrine. Blow the rocks open with Bomb Arrows (a bow fused with Bomb Flowers also works; guides say a couple of shots clear it), then swim across to the shrine in the opening. A second option is to climb the slippery walls with slip-resistant gear or elixirs, or to build a rock elevator with Ultrahand and Recall. Step through the glowing door; there is no puzzle to solve, only a short climb up the stairs inside.
Open the chest on the stairs
Climb the steps toward the terminal and open the chest at the top. It holds a Hearty Elixir. This is the only chest in the shrine.
Take the Light of Blessing
Continue to the terminal beneath the stone arch and touch it to receive the Light of Blessing.
The Lightroot below
Directly under this shrine, in the Depths, is the Uogoj Lightroot. Light it from below to reveal that part of the Depths map.
