How to find it
Joju-u-u Shrine is at map coordinates 1515, -3577 (height 155), on a large piece of fallen debris on Ubota Point, overlooking Lakeside Stable in the far south of West Necluda. The easiest approach is to glide in from the Rabella Wetlands Skyview Tower.
Solution
Lay down the first bridge piece
In the entrance room, take the piece at the far end of the broken bridge with Ultrahand and attach it to the single piece hanging from the next platform. This completes a full bridge; cross it.
Swing a segment across the next gap
This bridge is too long to attach at its end, and the end pieces sit too low. Grab a section three or four pieces from the end and attach that to the far platform instead, which holds the bridge high enough to cross.
Stack a block and stand up a ramp
Nothing is left to attach the far end to. Pick up the nearby stone block and set it under the post sticking out of the wall. Then drag the end of the bridge up and over the post and attach it to the block, so the block dangles on the far side and keeps the bridge taut. At least two pieces should hang down.
Ascend to the chest
Before crossing the last bridge, stand on the end of it (not on the bridge itself), grab a middle section and attach it to the single piece on the chest platform above. It need not be perfect, as you can hop up from it. Open the chest for a Large Zonaite.
Cross to the terminal
The final bridge is already in place, so just cross it and examine the terminal at the end to receive the Light of Blessing. There is no Korok seed in this shrine.
The Lightroot below
Directly under this shrine, in the Depths, is the U-u-ujoj Lightroot. Light it from below to reveal that part of the Depths map.
