How to find it
Joku-u Shrine is at map coordinates 1376, -3339 (height 442), near Dragonhead Island. It is on a sky island, so you reach it by gliding or building your way up from the nearest Skyview Tower.
The usual route starts at the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower: launch and glide south toward the Thunderhead Isles, land on the sky island in front of them and head for the protruding island at the far south. Use Ascend on the puddle there, then climb onto the launch pad and wait for lightning to strike the edge of the contraption before crossing to the next island (throw a Shock Fruit from a distance rather than carrying it). From there, glide east to the shrine. Stamina food or a stamina boost helps on the long glide. The storm clouds over the Thunderhead Isles make navigation harder until you clear them by finishing Secret of the Ring Ruins in the Find the Fifth Sage main quest; you do not have to clear them to reach the shrine.
Solution
Enter the shrine and open the chest
Glide onto the shrine’s island and walk through the glowing door. There is no puzzle: open the chest on the platform beside the stairs for a Diamond.
Take the Light of Blessing
Climb the stairs to the altar at the end and interact with the terminal in front of the Rauru statue to receive the Light of Blessing and unlock the shrine for fast travel.
