How to find it
Joku-usin Shrine is at map coordinates 1075, -3347 (height 799), near Sarjon Woods. It is on a sky island, so you reach it by gliding or building your way up from the nearest Skyview Tower.
The shrine is in the Thunderhead Isles. Launch from the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower and glide south, using Ascend to pass through the island parts that stick out from below. The shrine sits above a mine-cart rail line: put a platform or cart on the rails, attach a Fan to propel it, and when you are beneath the shrine use Ascend to climb up to its entrance. The storm clouds make this much harder to see through until you finish Secret of the Ring Ruins in the Find the Fifth Sage main quest, which clears them.
Solution
Arm yourself with the arena’s weapons
You enter stripped of all gear and must defeat every Construct in the arena; the gauge at the top of the screen counts them. Pick up the sticks and weapons lying around the first area, and fuse a Construct horn to a weapon for extra damage. Everything here is a Construct, so electricity is the answer. Sneak up on the patrolling archer Construct early to take its bow, and crouch in a corner and let the enemies’ aggro reset before you set off a chain reaction. Take care not to stand on metal yourself when a shock lands on it.
Electrocute the Constructs on the metal platforms
Gather Shock Fruit from the shrubs and fuse it to arrows, then shoot the metal platforms where the raised Constructs stand: the shock spreads through the metal and clears them.
Lure the rest onto the metal floor
Draw the ground Constructs onto the metal-tiled floor and hit them with a shock weapon or a Shock Fruit arrow. A Shock Emitter weapon waits on the far platform, reached by climbing the left-hand ladder and gliding across.
Open the chest and take the Light of Blessing
When the last Construct falls your equipment is returned and the gate opens. Open the chest for an Electro Elixir, then take the Light of Blessing from the terminal behind it.
