Enter the Kamatukis Shrine and take a moment to assess the room filled with various targets and a large, spinning mechanism in the center. As you step forward, notice the three targets positioned at varying distances. Your first task is to activate the mechanism to get it rotating at the right speed, so approach the movable block on the left side. Use your Ultrahand ability to grab the block and slide it underneath the spinning gear, positioning it perfectly. This will slow down the rotation, allowing you to cross safely to the other side.

Once across, grab the arrows from the nearby chest and take your position at the shooting area. Here, focus on the targets lined up in front of you. The challenge is all about timing and precision, so draw back your bow and aim for the closest target first. After hitting it, move on to the next target, adjusting your aim for distance and wind. With each successful strike, the mechanism will react, ultimately unlocking the exit door. Keep your cool, trust your instincts, and remember that practice makes perfect. Once all targets are down, the shrine will reward you with a Light of Blessing, marking your success in this precise test of skill.
