How to find it
Kamizun Shrine is at map coordinates -177, -1558 (height 36), near Outpost Ruins, southeast of the Hyrule Field Skyview Tower (glide southeast from the tower and use the Forest of Time Chasm as a landmark).
Solution
Enter the shrine
Walk up the path through the trees to the shrine door. You enter stripped of your own weapons, shield and bow and must use what the shrine gives you.
Prepare your weapon
Take everything from the rack: a Wooden Stick (or Sturdy Wooden Stick or Gnarled Wooden Stick, depending on your progress), Old Wooden Shield, Old Wooden Bow and 10 arrows (do not forget the arrows). A boulder, a barrel and a Spiked Iron Ball lie around the arena. Fuse the boulder or, for more damage, the Spiked Iron Ball to your stick before the fight.
Defeat the Soldier Constructs
Three melee Soldier Constructs and one archer on a tall pillar attack together. Hide behind the first wide pillar, block with the shield and fight the melee Constructs one at a time; the one with a shield is toughest, and a fused boulder breaks its shield. Take out the archer last with a headshot from your bow, a Fire Fruit fused to an arrow, or a thrown barrel.
Open the chest and take the Light of Blessing
Your gear is returned once the last Construct falls. Open the chest in the final chamber for a Spring Shield, then touch the seal on the altar for the Light of Blessing.
The Lightroot below
Directly under this shrine, in the Depths, is the Nuzimak Lightroot. Light it from below to reveal that part of the Depths map.
