Kamizun Shrine – Proving Grounds: Beginner

Enter the shrine and find yourself in a dimly lit arena, stripped of all your gear. Ahead, a group of Bokoblins stands ready, but don’t panic; this is your proving grounds. Start by scanning the area for anything you can use to your advantage. You’ll notice wooden crates scattered around, so make your way to the nearest one and grab it with your Ultrahand. Lift it above your head and hurl it towards the unsuspecting Bokoblins; they’ll be momentarily stunned, giving you a chance to follow up with melee attacks using your fists.

As the Bokoblins regroup, look around for any additional environmental elements. You may see some barrels nearby—these are your next target. Grab a barrel, roll it toward the group, and let it explode when they’re clustered together. If you manage to take out a few enemies, you might find a weapon dropped by one of them. Use whatever you can find wisely, switching between melee attacks and utilizing the terrain to dodge incoming strikes. Keep an eye on your surroundings, as more Bokoblins will join the fray. Once you’ve defeated them all, the shrine’s light will illuminate, marking your victory and granting you access to the rewards within.
