How to find it
The shrine is at map coordinates 2856, -2856 (height 1225) in the Necluda Sky Archipelago. Launch from Rabella Wetlands Skyview Tower and glide east or south-east towards the cross-shaped island, using the Zonai devices on the islands to cross the gaps; if you come up short, stack two springs on the square platform just before it to launch up again. Activate the shrine’s panel to start the quest; its beam of light points to a crystal on a neighbouring island.
Solution
Bring the crystal to the shrine
Follow the beam to the crystal, which is held by a Flux Construct III on the next island. You can defeat the Construct (a tough fight with starting gear), or skip it: use a nearby spring to launch up to its shoulder and pull the crystal off with Ultrahand, then retreat to the ruins. Then move the crystal across the gap to the shrine island with the Zonai springs and slabs lying around (build an upward-sloping launcher with Ultrahand and spring it across) or on a flying contraption of your own. Set it on the pedestal in front of the shrine to open the door.
Open the chest
Walk through the doorway onto the circular platform. The chest stands at the foot of the stairs; open it for a Zonaite Bow.
Take the Light of Blessing
Climb the stairs to the terminal and examine it to receive the Light of Blessing.
