Makasura Shrine – An Upright Device

Enter the shrine and take a moment to observe the intriguing contraption at the center, a mix of gears and platforms that beckons you to solve its mystery. Start by approaching the large upright device; you’ll notice it has a series of rotating gears. Your first task is to grab the movable blocks nearby using your Ultrahand ability. Position one of the blocks directly beneath the spinning gear to create a stable platform. Once it’s in place, activate the gear by interacting with it, and watch as the whole mechanism slows down, allowing you to cross safely to the elevated platform above.

Now that you’re on the upper level, look around for another gear that needs to be aligned to proceed. Use your Ultrahand to grab another block and slide it into position to stabilize this new mechanism. As you do this, remember to keep an eye on the timing of the rotations; you’ll want to leap onto the next platform just as it aligns. Once you’ve successfully navigated that section, head back down and switch your focus to the final rotating device, repeating the process of aligning blocks and timing your jumps until you reach the end. With a little patience and clever manipulation of the devices, you’ll unlock the shrine’s treasure and complete the challenge.
