Maoikes Shrine is at map coordinates 2276, 147 (height 92), near Boné Pond East Cave.
Solution
Enter the shrine in the cave
The shrine is inside Boné Pond East Cave, whose entrance on the peak is a three-eyed skull. The easy way in is to glide there (from Upland Zorana Skyview Tower, glide southwest), drop through one of the skull’s eyes or enter the front of the skull, and follow the cave down to where the shrine door glows green. Inside the cave, the way up from the room with the Blue Boss Bokoblin also leads to it. There is no puzzle here: step through and walk to the platform at the top of the stairs.
Open the chest
Open the chest in front of the stairs. It holds a Diamond. This is the shrine’s only chest.
Take the Light of Blessing
Climb the stairs, pass the glowing seal and touch the terminal beneath the stone arch to receive the Light of Blessing.
The Lightroot below
Directly under this shrine, in the Depths, is the Sekioam Lightroot. Light it from below to reveal that part of the Depths map.
