How to find Mayam Shrine
Launch from Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower and glide south to the cross-shaped island of the North Hyrule Sky Archipelago; the shrine is on its western edge. Examine the runes at the entrance to start The North Hyrule Sky Crystal: knock the crystal off the Flux Construct on the island to the south (hit the block with three eyes), carry it back, and place it at the shrine to open the door. Detaching that block twice makes the Construct fall apart and drop the crystal. To get the crystal back up, take it to the rocket platform on the northern part of the island below, attach the crystal to the platform, and ride upward-facing rockets, adding a rocket aimed at the shrine island at the peak of each boost; once over the island, set the crystal down and carry it to the shrine door.

Open the chest
Walk up to the chest in the entry hall and open it for the Magic Rod.
Take the Light of Blessing
Climb the stairs and examine the terminal for the Light of Blessing.
