How to find it
Mogisari Shrine is at map coordinates 4655, 3499 (height 1024), near Lomei Labyrinth Island. It is on a sky island, so you reach it by gliding or building your way up from the nearest Skyview Tower.
Gravity is lower inside the shrine, so jumps go higher and you fall more slowly. Stay on top of your vehicle through lava, spikes and lasers and none of them will hurt you.
Solution
Drive the buggy across the lava and spikes
Climb onto the Zonai buggy at the start and drive forward. Gravity is low, so jump the gaps, skid over the shallow lava and cross the spiked floor on the tilted platforms. Stay on the vehicle through the laser beams and handle the Soldier Constructs on the platforms by driving past or fighting them.
Bomb the wall for the Mighty Zonaite Shield
At the fork after the lasers, take the upper-left path and blow open the cracked wall with a bomb. The chest behind it holds a Mighty Zonaite Shield (Strong or Mighty, depending on your progress).
Use rockets for the final jump
Stay to the left through the Construct area: one Construct on the right shoots ice arrows and another fire arrows. Gliding off the top of the ramp also works if you do not want rockets. On the last fork, pick the left path, which ramps upward, and attach rockets to the buggy. Fire them to clear the final gap to the terminal island.
Take the Light of Blessing
Step up to the terminal and take the Light of Blessing.
