Solution
Open the chest
Walk up the path to the central platform and open the chest for a Big Battery.
Take the Light of Blessing
Climb the stairs and examine the terminal at the altar to receive a Light of Blessing.
The Lightroot below
Directly under this shrine, in the Depths, is the Kisomom Lightroot. Light it from below to reveal that part of the Depths map.
