Musanokir Shrine (Swing to Hit)

How to find it

The shrine stands in Korok Forest in the Great Hyrule Forest, beside the Great Deku Tree at about 407, 2133. Many players arrive through the Depths: drop into Minshi Woods Chasm, head north-west to the Rikonasum Lightroot and Ascend under the tall pillar to surface in Korok Forest. Step on the blue travel platform and go through the green-flamed door between the tree trunks.

Solution

Bridge the first gap

The first gap is crossed with a bridge piece: attach it to the large block on the far side, or, if it hangs from a chain, lift it with Ultrahand and use Recall to bring it up, then walk across. Pick up the metal block on the far side and keep it, because you need it for the first swing.

Swing the weight into the first target

Attach the block to the hanging weight beside the ring target, pull the weight back as far as it goes and let go. It swings into the target and opens the gate to the next room.

Hit the second target with the pivoting beam

The last gate is opened by a sliding block on a rail. Attach the block to the hanging ball-and-chain, attach a log to the front of the sliding block at the top of the rail, then pull the ball back and release so the sliding block drives the log into the large target. Adjust the log angle and retry if it only grazes the target; Bomb Flowers also work on the switches.

Climb to the chest

The chest sits on a platform in the room before the final target. Lean the log against the metal block on the platform opposite the chest (or stack two blocks and lean the log on them), climb up, and glide across to the chest to open it for a Large Zonai Charge. Glide back to the main platform afterwards.

Take the Light of Blessing

Both targets open the exit gate. Walk through, climb the short stair and interact with the green seal on the terminal to collect the Light of Blessing.

The Lightroot below

Directly under this shrine, in the Depths, is the Rikonasum Lightroot. Light it from below to reveal that part of the Depths map.
