How to find it
The Lost Woods can only be crossed from above. First clear Musanokir Shrine and defeat the Phantom Ganon inside the Great Deku Tree so the Koroks will talk to you. Then follow the path south-west of Musanokir Shrine to Maca, a Korok, and talk to him to start the shrine quest Maca’s Special Place. Get up to Bravery Island, the sky island directly above the spot he describes (launch from Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower and glide south, or fast travel to Simosiwak Shrine on the island). From the island’s south-east edge look down into the mist for the green swirls of light marking the shrine at about 354, 1891; the fog hides them briefly on the way down, so hold your heading, glide down and touch the shrine stone.
Solution
Open the chest
Step through the gate and open the chest on the round platform in front of the stairs for a Mighty Construct Bow (Strong or Mighty, depending on your progress). If your bow slots are full, drop one first when the game says you cannot carry any more.
Take the Light of Blessing
Climb the stairs and interact with the green seal on the terminal to collect the Light of Blessing.

Directly under this shrine, in the Depths, is the Sijnin Lightroot. Light it from below to reveal that part of the Depths map.
