How to find it
Rasitakiwak Shrine is at map coordinates 4166, 1322 (height 242), near Link’s House.
Solution
This is a Proving Grounds trial: your weapons, shield, bow and Zonai devices are taken on entry, and you must beat the Soldier Constructs with only the Ultrahand, Fuse and Ascend you keep and whatever lies in the rooms.
Pick up the Zonai Charges and parts
Entering strips all your equipment, and it is returned only after every Construct is down. Ahead and to the right you can pick up a Wooden Stick (or Sturdy Wooden Stick or Gnarled Wooden Stick, depending on your progress), a Thick Stick, an Old Wooden Bow and 10 Arrows; these are your only weapons. Scoop up the Zonai Charges and the other pieces lying on the floor of the first rooms. Zonai Charges power fans, wheels and other devices, and the pieces are the starting parts for every vehicle you will build.
Build a vehicle
Use Ultrahand to join a steering stake, wheels or fans, and a spiked board. A board with a few wheels and a fan or two is enough. Sit on the control stick to drive.
Drive across the gap and through the first room
Drive your vehicle across the floor patterns and up to the wall of the first room, using its spikes to knock the Soldier Construct down. Climb off and ram again if it gets up. Several Soldier Constructs and a Captain Construct patrol the large room, and you do not have to fight them all with vehicles: Ultrahand can drop the starting boxes on a Soldier Construct, and a stick fused with a Construct Horn works too. One route is to ride the cart past the others to the raised platform, use Ascend to reach a Fanplane, and fly it into the gated structure from above.
Rebuild in the arena room
In the last room the parts sit on white discs on the floor. Grab a board, wheels and fans from the discs and assemble a faster vehicle, adding spikes to the front, then charge the two Constructs. Hit them repeatedly with the front of the vehicle until both are down.
Open the chest and take the Light of Blessing
Your gear returns and the door opens once the Constructs fall (about nine in total, Soldier Construct I and II plus one Captain Construct I). Open the chest in the shrine’s inner room for a Magic Rod, then touch the terminal beyond it to receive the Light of Blessing.
