How to find it
Rasiwak Shrine is at map coordinates 4664, 3263 (height 15), near Akkala Ancient Tech Lab.
Solution
Recall the platform and bridge the gap
Shoot or free the first stone platform so it drops into the water, then stand on it and use Recall to send it back up to the next ledge. Where the next platform is out of reach, hold it in the air with Ultrahand until you can step across.
Open the chest on the stone slab
A slab with two yellow floating spheres and a chest sits across the water. Reach it and open the chest for a Magic Scepter. The chest hangs from a rope above the water in the next room, so bring arrows: shoot the rope to drop it, then grab it with Ultrahand and set it on your raft.
Build a floating raft
Attach the two yellow floating spheres to a stone slab with Ultrahand and push it onto the water. Add the nearby fan if you need to steer, then ride the raft across the flooded room to the far shore. Lift a yellow sphere off the raft and drop it onto the target ring to open the exit.
Take the Light of Blessing
Walk into the final chamber and take the Light of Blessing from the terminal.
Tips
- You need arrows to cut two ropes: one holding the first platform, and one holding the chest.
- With Recall on the dropped platform, dive in right under it so it lifts you with it; hold the second platform in the air with Ultrahand for about half a minute before releasing and recalling it up to the upper ledge.
- Build the raft from the two floating spheres, the ledge piece and the fan, and set it in the water on the far left with the fan facing you.
- Either the raft or a detached ball dropped on the target opens the exit.
The Lightroot below
Directly under this shrine, in the Depths, is the Kawisar Lightroot. Light it from below to reveal that part of the Depths map.
