How to find it
Rotsumamu Shrine is at map coordinates -3407, -1363 (height 348), in a canyon beside the Yiga Clan Hideout Chasm, between Vatorsa Snowfield and Sapphia’s Table. Launch from the Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower, glide east and dive down when you spot the chasm. Bring cold protection for the highlands.
Solution
Weigh down the first seesaw ramp
Go down the stairs into the large room. Run up the first seesaw platform and jump across to the next one before your weight tips it back. On the second seesaw, attach the nearby barrel to its left edge with Ultrahand so the weight tips it down into a walkable slope, then run up.
Lengthen the lever with a plank
The larger seesaw is held down by heavy blocks you cannot pull off. Attach the stone plate (flat piece) to it, pointing toward the chest on the left ledge, to make a bridge.
Glide across to the chest
Jump from the plate over to the left ledge and open the chest for a Large Zonaite.
Tip the last ramp
Back on the big seesaw, detach the plate and reattach it farther out on the left for more leverage, then attach the loose block to its end. The ramp swings the other way and becomes a slope up to the doorway at the far end.
Take the Light of Blessing
Walk through the doorway and, around the corner, examine the green runes to receive a Light of Blessing.
The Lightroot below
Directly under this shrine, in the Depths, is the Umamustor Lightroot. Light it from below to reveal that part of the Depths map.
