How to find it
Sihajog Shrine is at map coordinates 4545, -846 (height 1134), on the eastern edge of Valor Island. It is not visible until you complete the diving challenge. Launch from Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower and glide northeast to the lowest floating island of the archipelago, marked by a pool of water (you can also fast travel to Mayanas Shrine and glide northwest to the islands below). Speak to the Steward Construct there to start the Dive Ceremony, which transports you to Valor Island. Examine the green runes, jump through the green hoop at the edge and dive through the following green hoops until you land in the pool; one guide gives a time limit of 35 seconds, so do not dawdle. The shrine then appears on the island’s eastern edge, and the Steward Construct gives you the Glide Mask for a first clear.
An alternative, harder route climbs to the top of the island instead: use Zonai Rockets to reach the platforms, build a Hot Air Balloon with Autobuild (unlocked by the main quest A Mystery in the Depths), glide to the highest point, activate the green altar and jump through the rings.
Solution
Open the chest on the dais
There is no puzzle. Climb the stairs to the chest on the dais and open it for a Diamond.
Take the Light of Blessing
Continue up the staircase to the terminal beside the stone ring and touch it, then step before the Rauru statue to receive the Light of Blessing.
