How to find it
Tajikats Shrine is at map coordinates 343, -1009 (height 30), just north of Riverside Stable, and can be seen from the stable. Every part of it can be solved with the logs the shrine supplies and Ultrahand, so there is more than one valid solution.
Solution
Stand a log up as a ramp
Pick up a log with Ultrahand and lean or stand it against the first ledge, then climb it. Use Ascend through the overhang beyond if the ledge is too high.
Bridge the water with logs
Join logs end to end, or lay one across a gap, to reach platforms across the water. If the platforms are tilted and logs roll off, fuse all the logs end to end, stand the long log upright in the water and lean it against the wall, then jump onto it to climb.
Build a raft with fans
For the last stretch of water, stick three or four logs side by side into a raft with one or two Zonai fans at the back. Step aboard and shoot an arrow at a fan to push the raft across the pool. Rotate the raft with Ultrahand to aim it.
Open the chest and finish
The chest sits on a side platform to the left; most guides lay a 2-by-3 log platform to it (or steer the raft there) and it holds a Spiky Shield. Then cross to the end and walk to the altar for the Light of Blessing.
The Lightroot below
Directly under this shrine, in the Depths, is the Stakijat Lightroot. Light it from below to reveal that part of the Depths map.
