How to find Tenbez Shrine
The shrine is on the sky island above North Lomei in the Hebra sky, at the western edge of the top of North Lomei Castle; you do not have to go through the maze to reach it. Launch from a nearby Skyview Tower such as Thyphlo Ruins and glide in, packing stamina food or a Zonai vehicle for the long flight. Step on the blue platform to enter.
Tenbez Shrine solution
Lower gravity to hit the first target
Climb the stairs. A sphere rolls onto the right-hand launcher: hit the glowing gravity device as it lands so gravity drops and the sphere flies higher into the target above. The gate opens.
Ride the launcher for the chest
Before moving on, stand on the right-hand launcher and let it fire you to the alcove on the opposite wall below the target, which holds a chest with the Large Zonai Charge (gliding in from the left launcher also works). Use the lower (left) launcher to be fired back through the hole you opened.
Switch gravity back for the drop
In the second room, climb to the upper level and find another gravity device. The sphere floats up onto a top launcher: strike the device just as it passes over the caged gate so gravity returns and the sphere falls onto the target. Too early and it drops short; too late and it lands behind it.
Take the Light of Blessing
The final gate opens; go through it and examine the altar for the Light of Blessing.
