How to find it
Elma Knolls Well is on Elma Knolls in Hyrule Field, south-west of the Elma Knolls Chasm at about -672, 1355. Drop down the well, then jump into the hole in the cave below and again into the second hole, which lands you in water. The caves are pitch dark, so bring Brightbloom Seeds (throw them, fire them from a bow, or eat a Bright Fish Skewer). Two Horriblins hang from the ceiling near the water; shoot them down. A chest on the left fork, floating on the water, holds a Sapphire. The shrine itself sits across an underground lake at about -594, 1550: attach a Zonai Fan to the wooden boards at the water’s edge and ride them across (or push the boards with Ultrahand, or swim if your stamina allows). A Fire Like waits near the far shore, so shoot its core with an arrow after it throws its fireball. The green-flamed gate and a blue travel platform are just behind it; step through the gate. To leave the cave, Ascend through a gap in the ceiling or warp out with the Purah Pad.
Solution
Open the chest on the platform
Walk up to the round platform inside and open the stone chest at the foot of the stairs. It holds a Large Zonai Charge, a battery that fills a large part of a Zonai device’s energy gauge.
Take the Light of Blessing
Climb the stairs to the altar room and interact with the green seal on the terminal to receive the Light of Blessing. This also registers the shrine as a fast travel point.
