How to find it
Turakawak Shrine is at map coordinates -3497, -197 (height 79), beside Lake Illumeni, at the southwest edge of the Tabantha region. The entrance is surrounded by thorns standing in water, so they cannot be burned: glide down from the hill above or fell a nearby tree to make a ramp over them. Launch from the Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower and glide north.
Solution
Stack blocks beneath the ceiling grate
Move the large block from the centre of the room to the back ledge, climb up and fuse the second block on top of it. Slide the stack under the long grate in the ceiling, climb on top and use Ascend to rise into the cage.
Open the caged chest
Inside the cage the chest holds a Magic Rod.
Ascend out of the cage
Use Ascend through the cage ceiling to leave, then take the double stack to the partial ladder against the right-hand wall.
Build a taller stack and Ascend again
Carry the stack to the upper level, put the metal block at the bottom and fuse the others on top. Lean the stack against the wall so it does not topple, then climb it and jump to the exit ledge.
Take the Light of Blessing
Walk through the gate and examine the green runes for the Light of Blessing.
The Lightroot below
Directly under this shrine, in the Depths, is the Kawakarut Lightroot. Light it from below to reveal that part of the Depths map.
