How to find it
The shrine stands northwest of Outskirt Stable at the southeast end of Satori Mountain. Interact with it to start the shrine quest, then follow the beam of light to Satori Mountain Foothill Cave at about -2198, -807, where a Hinox walks its circuit with the crystal. Shoot its eye with arrows and finish it with strong melee hits, then pick up the crystal. The shrine is easy to miss because there are no large green rings around it; gliding west from Hyrule Field Skyview Tower across the Regencia River puts you close. Bomb flowers help against the Hinox. The Muzasu Lightroot lies directly below the shrine in the Depths.
Solution
Set the crystal on the pedestal
Carry the crystal back to the shrine and place it on the pedestal. It grows into the shrine entrance and the quest is complete.
Open the chest
Walk up to the stone chest on the circular platform and open it for a Zonaite Spear (Strong or Mighty, depending on your progress). Drop a weapon first if your melee slots are full.
Take the Light of Blessing
Climb the stairs and touch the altar at the top to collect the Light of Blessing.
The Lightroot below
Directly under this shrine, in the Depths, is the Muzasu Lightroot. Light it from below to reveal that part of the Depths map.
