How to find it
Glide south from Popla Foothills Skyview Tower toward Guchini Plain, or head northeast from Highland Stable. The shrine entrance is on the cliff edge in the Faron Grasslands. The Kohsustu Lightroot lies directly below it in the Depths.
Solution
Hit the first ball
Use Ultrahand to lift the paddle beside the ball as high as it goes and release it. The ball rolls along the rail into the socket and the gate opens. If it falls short, attach the large block near the entrance for extra weight.
Weight the second paddle
The ball here must climb an incline. Attach a block to the back of the paddle for extra weight, pull the paddle back and up, and release it. Repeat if the ball does not reach the socket.
Fit the plank in the third room
Attach the plank to the back of the paddle, pull it back and strike the ball down the rail into the socket. This releases a mine cart.
Ride the mine cart
Attach the plank to the side of the paddle so it strikes the back of the cart when released. Get in the cart, raise the paddle as high as it goes and release it to launch the cart down the track. Grab the chest on the shelf on the left wall with Ultrahand as you pass; it holds a Sneaky Elixir.
Take the Light of Blessing
Climb the steps at the end of the track and touch the altar for the Light of Blessing.
The Lightroot below
Directly under this shrine, in the Depths, is the Kohsustu Lightroot. Light it from below to reveal that part of the Depths map.
