Reede wants a new signature food for Hateno Village but only remembers its creamy texture and strong smell. Bring him a Hateno Cheese from Hateno Pasture to jog his memory and collect 100 rupees.
Walkthrough
Get a Hateno Cheese and visit Reede
Talk to Reede (at his large tower house in Hateno Village, or in the village armor shop when he is there) after Team Cece or Team Reede? has begun. He cannot remember the recipe and sends you to Koyin at Hateno Pasture, so finish A Letter to Koyin to learn the Hateno Cheese recipe and get a cheese (you can buy more from Koyin). Then bring it back to Reede; he explains that he wants to bring back his grandfather’s dish as the village’s signature staple.
Let Reede smell the cheese
Choose the option to give him some cheese. The aroma matches what he remembers, and he decides to sell it as Hateno Village’s new staple. He rewards you with a Silver Rupee, worth 100 rupees.
Rewards
You receive 100 rupees. Afterwards Hateno Cheese is stocked by the general store in Hateno Village and by merchants along the roads, not just at Hateno Pasture.
