After Bring Peace to Eldin! ends, Toren’s monster-control squad heads for the Akkala Span in northeast Hyrule. Meet them at the bridge and fight the monsters that have taken it over; afterwards Toren gives you 100 Rupees and Monster-Control-Crew Fabric.

It begins automatically when Bring Peace to Eldin! is finished. Toren tells you that the squad is going on to the Akkala Span in northeast Hyrule, which appears as the next objective.

Meet Toren’s squad at the Akkala Span
Travel to the Akkala Span, the long bridge south of the path from South Akkala Stable. Toren and his crew wait just before the bridge, preparing to attack the monsters ahead.
Defeat the monsters on the bridge
Join the crew and fight across the bridge. Blue and Black Bokoblins and a Black Moblin are scattered along it, so stay with the crew and clear every monster; the only objective is to defeat them all. A short cutscene plays when the last one falls.
Collect Toren’s thanks
Talk to Toren once the bridge is clear. He thanks you for the help with 100 Rupees, then hands over Monster-Control-Crew Fabric, a paraglider fabric. Note that the game data lists that fabric as the reward for completing all the monster-control quests (Hyrule Field, Necluda, Eldin, Akkala, Faron and Hebra), so some guides only mention the 100 Rupees here.

Tips
The blood moon keeps bringing monsters back, so Toren’s squad never stops fighting; you can return to the bridge at any time for loot from the respawned enemies.
