Traysi, the editor of the Lucky Clover Gazette, sends you and the reporter Penn to chase Zelda rumors at stables across Hyrule. Complete Penn’s 12 stable adventures, then return to Traysi for the Froggy Hood.
Walkthrough
Talk to Traysi and Penn at the Gazette
Go to the newspaper office in the old stable at the end of the road to Rito Village. Talk to Traysi inside; she asks you to work with Penn and investigate the Zelda sightings.
Meet Penn at the stables
Penn flies ahead and turns up at stables around Hyrule, offering a different side adventure at each. Talk to him at every stable and finish what he asks; there are 12 in total. Some stables, such as East Akkala and Lakeside, do not offer one.
Report back to Traysi
After the twelfth, return to the Lucky Clover Gazette and talk to Traysi again. She hands over the Froggy Hood, which stops you slipping on wet surfaces.

East Akkala Stable and Lakeside Stable have nothing for Penn’s investigation: Penn does not appear at Lakeside, and at East Akkala he only says there is nothing to do.
Rewards
You receive the Froggy Hood from Traysi when you report back. Penn’s individual adventures pay out Rupees (guides list 50 or 100 Rupees each depending on your progress, plus 100 Rupees for finishing the whole adventure) and their own rewards; some guides place the Froggy Sleeve and Froggy Leggings of the same set among Penn’s earlier adventures. Traysi adds that the Gazette will keep reporting on events in Hyrule, so check any newspaper you come across.
