Robbie can add Hero’s Path Mode to your Purah Pad once you have visited 15 shrines. Reach 15 shrines, talk to Robbie at the lab and the map will show the route you have walked.
Walkthrough
Visit 15 shrines and return to Robbie
Discover at least 15 shrines anywhere in Hyrule; if you already have, the quest completes straight away. Then walk to the Hateno Ancient Tech Lab and talk to Robbie, who calibrates the upgrade with the data from your shrine visits.
Open Hero’s Path Mode on the map
After the upgrade, open the map and switch on Hero’s Path Mode. It draws the route you have taken and keeps around 256 hours of your journey, erasing the oldest footsteps as new ones are added. Press X on the map to toggle it, and press X again to play back your saved trail.
Rewards
You unlock Hero’s Path Mode, which shows on the map where you have been.
