Talk to Cleff
Once the Water Temple is cleared and Sidon of the Zora is done, talk to Cleff, who ate a crab raw during the sludge attack and is now obsessed, at the Coral Reef general store and say you will bring him Bright-Eyed Crabs. He asks for 10.
Collect 10 Bright-Eyed Crabs
Bright-Eyed Crabs scuttle through shallow water and appear in much greater numbers when it rains. Good places to look are the shallow waterways of Zora’s Domain, the long stairs of Mipha’s Court (after Ihen-a Shrine is done), the small islands beneath Zora’s Domain, caves in Zora’s Domain, the Lanayru Wetlands and the Lanayru Great Spring, and above all the beach northwest of the chasm on Mercay Island in the Lanayru Wetlands, which is especially good in rain. Crouch and sneak up on them, since they run when you get close. Bring all 10 back to Cleff for a Sapphire.
