Tasseren wants a painting of Hyrule’s finest sunrise for the empty frame in his stable. Climb to the summit of Tuft Mountain, south-east of the stable, wait for dawn, photograph the sunrise over the sea with the Camera and show the picture to Tasseren.
Walkthrough
Talk to Tasseren
Speak to Tasseren at the counter of Dueling Peaks Stable and take a look at the empty frame on the wall. He explains that the best sunrise in Hyrule can be seen from the summit of Tuft Mountain, south-east of the stable, but it is too far away for him to go himself. Tuft Mountain lies south of Atun Valley, just west of Lurelin Village.

Photograph the sunrise from Tuft Mountain
Climb to the grassy summit of Tuft Mountain and wait for dawn. The sunrise happens at roughly 4:00 to 6:00 in the morning; you can pass the time with a campfire or the Korok seed there. The shot works from about 4:00 until 6:00. Open the Camera and frame the sun over the sea; a prompt saying Hyrule’s finest sunrise appears when the shot is right. Take the picture.

Show Tasseren the photo
Return to the stable and talk to Tasseren, then choose the picture from your album. He asks permission to copy it, paints his version, hangs it in the frame and gives you a Pony Point and a Hasty Apple Pie. If your inventory is full he holds the reward until you make room. You can show him a different sunrise photo later and he will swap the painting.

Rewards
Tasseren gives you 1 Pony Point and a Hasty Apple Pie (a Dueling Peaks Stable specialty), and the stable displays your sunrise on its wall.
Tips
- Fast travel to Dueling Peaks Stable, then go to the summit the evening before so you can wait out the night there.
- The photo must be a clear shot of the sunrise; the Camera confirms the subject name when it is recognised.
