Fronk’s wife Mei has gone fishing on a floating island. Fly to the sky island near Wellspring Island above Zora’s Domain, tell Mei that Fronk is worried, then report back to Fronk for a reward.

Walkthrough
Talk to Fronk
Find Fronk in Zora’s Domain near the inn (fast travel to Mogawak Shrine, climb the ladder and cross the smaller bridge to reach the main part of the domain). The Zora’s Domain side quests open once you clear the Water Temple, and Fronk’s dialogue changes after Sidon of the Zora. He says Mei crossed the bridge on the east side of the domain, singing about hopping and skipping to a floating place, which means a sky island.
Find Mei on the sky island
Fast travel to Igoshon Shrine in the sky above the Lanayru Great Spring (about 3480, 664, 1325) and glide southeast toward Wellspring Island, or fly there from the Water Temple entrance. Look for the plume of smoke from a campfire. Mei stands by a small pond with a waterfall at about (3671, 568, 1251), where Hearty Bass swim. She is fishing beside a campfire and Hydrant, with a few Constructs nearby. Talk to her and choose the option about Fronk, and she hurries home. The pond is a good place to farm Hearty Bass, since two respawn there.
Return to Fronk
Go back down to Zora’s Domain and talk to Fronk and Mei. They thank you, and you receive a Hearty Fish Skewer.
